Where do you collect from?

How do I book and pay for a collection?

Booking is currently closed until December. When booking reopens you will be able to book collection via this website. Donations for the collection of your tree(s) can only be processed through 'PayPal'.


How many trees can you collect from me?

We will take however many you need collecting. We charge per tree that we collect but if you have a large number of trees to collect please get in touch to make other arrangements.


Do I need to wait in for you?

No, just leave your tree(s) outside and enjoy the rest of your day


What do I need to do once I've booked?

By the date shown on the main page (click here) please ensure that your tree has been stripped of all decorations, lights, removed for any pot or stand and left outside by 08:30 at the end of your property in one piece.


When is the last date I can book?

Booking will close on the date shown on the main page (click here) If we reach the capacity of what we can deal with then this will close earlier so book early to avoid being disappointed. All of our operations are carried out by volunteers so we operate on a first come first served basis.


Will you remind me of my booking?

Yes. We will send you a reminder email roughly around when the bookings close.


Do I need to chop the tree up?

No, we have spoken to Santa and his elves are helping us do that.
