What is this 'Collect My Xmas Tree' I hear you ask!? Well 5th Northfleet Scouts (and other groups from Gravesham District Scouts) as part of our fundraising are offering the residents of Gravesham and surroundings areas a way of getting rid of your used and unwanted natural Christmas trees.
So you bought the biggest tree you could find, Santa has been and the new year is all gone but the headache, the last thing you need to do is pack it all away for next year. That is except your natural Christmas tree which will need to be cut down then crammed it in your car, not to mention the queue at the recycling center. Followed by that seemingly endless game of picking out the pine needles of every little corner of your car only just for it to begin again next year

Get 5th Northfleet (or one of the groups that are working with us) to collect your natural tree and let us do all the 'hard' work for you as we will take away your tree for you in return for a small charge. This year the important dates are

Collection date(s):- 4th & 5th January 2025

Your money will help 5th Northfleet, other Scout, Guide and social/community groups that utilise our property and equipment. This years fundraising will go towards helping the group through the tough times we are all experiencing as well as help pay towards some of the improvements (decorating and outside fire pit refurbishments) that have taken place while the group and our other users havent been able to meet.
